Abstract

¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº °£È£¡¤°£º´ÅëÇÕ¼­ºñ½º º´µ¿ °£È£»çÀÇ È¯ÀÚ°£È£°æÇèÀÇ º»ÁúÀ» ÆľÇÇÏ°í ½Éµµ ÀÖ´Â ÀÌÇظ¦ µµ¸ðÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù.
¹æ¹ý: ¿¬±¸ Âü°¡ÀÚ´Â 7¸íÀÇ ¿©¼ºÀ¸·Î ±¸¼ºµÇ¾ú°í 2018³â 12¿ùºÎÅÍ 2019³â 1¿ù±îÁö °³º° ½ÉÃþ ÀÎÅͺ並 ÅëÇØ µ¥ÀÌÅÍ ¼öÁýÇÑ ÈÄ Çö»óÇÐÀû ¿¬±¸¹æ¹ýÀ» »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: ¿¬±¸ °á°ú 9°³ÀÇ ÁÖÁ¦¿Í º¸´Ù Æ÷°ýÀûÀÎ Àǹ̸¦ Áö´Ï´Â 5°³ÀÇ ¹üÁÖÀÎ ¡°°ü°è Çü¼ºÀÇ È®À塱, ¡°°£È£ Á¦°ø °ø°£ÀÇ ÀüÀÌ¡±, ¡°ÀÇ»ç¼ÒÅëÀÇ È®À塱, ¡°Àü¹®Àû °æ°èÀÇ À¯Áö¡±, ¡°Àü¹® °£È£ÀÇ ½ÇÇö¡±À¸·Î µµÃâµÇ¾ú´Ù.

°á·Ð: ÀÌ ¿¬±¸¸¦ ÅëÇØ °£È£¡¤°£º´ÅëÇÕ¼­ºñ½º º´µ¿ °£È£»çÀÇ È¯ÀÚ°£È£¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ±Ù¹«°æÇè°ú ȯÀÚ¿ÍÀÇ °ü°è¿¡ ´ëÇÑ º»ÁúÀû Àṉ̀¸Á¶¸¦ ¹ß°ßÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¿¬±¸ °á°ú¸¦ ¹ÙÅÁÀ¸·Î º´µ¿ °£È£»ç¿Í ȯÀÚ°¡ ±àÁ¤ÀûÀÎ °ü°è¸¦ ¸Î±â À§ÇÑ Àü·«À» °³¹ßÇÏ´Â °ÍÀº °£È£¾÷¹«¼º°ú¸¦ ³ôÀÌ´Â °Í¿¡ µµ¿òÀÌ µÉ °ÍÀ¸·Î »ý°¢µÈ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences of the relationship between nurses working oncomprehensive nursing care service wards and the inpatients on those wards.

Methods: The phenomenologicalresearch method was used. Participants in the study were seven women. Data were collected through individualin-depth interviews from December, 2018 to January, 2019

Results: Five theme clusters were extracted thatdescribed nurses¡¯ patient experiences for comprehensive nursing care service wards. They are ¡°Expansion ofrelationship formation¡±, ¡°Transition of place to provide nursing care¡±, ¡°Expansion of communication¡±, ¡°Maintainingprofessional boundaries¡± and ¡°Realization of professional nursing¡±.

Conclusion: The results of this study providea deep understanding and insight in to the nature for nurses on comprehensive nursing care service wards andpatients' relationships. It is thought that active development of strategies to support positive relationships will enhancethe quality of the comprehensive nursing care service wards and help improve patient care outcomes.
