Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구의 목적은 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 환자간호경험의 본질을 파악하고 심도 있는 이해를 도모하는 것이다.
방법: 연구 참가자는 7명의 여성으로 구성되었고 2018년 12월부터 2019년 1월까지 개별 심층 인터뷰를 통해 데이터 수집한 후 현상학적 연구방법을 사용하여 분석하였다.
결과: 연구 결과 9개의 주제와 보다 포괄적인 의미를 지니는 5개의 범주인 “관계 형성의 확장”, “간호 제공 공간의 전이”, “의사소통의 확장”, “전문적 경계의 유지”, “전문 간호의 실현”으로 도출되었다.
결론: 이 연구를 통해 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 환자간호에 대한 근무경험과 환자와의 관계에 대한 본질적 의미구조를 발견하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 병동 간호사와 환자가 긍정적인 관계를 맺기 위한 전략을 개발하는 것은 간호업무성과를 높이는 것에 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences of the relationship between nurses working oncomprehensive nursing care service wards and the inpatients on those wards.
Methods: The phenomenologicalresearch method was used. Participants in the study were seven women. Data were collected through individualin-depth interviews from December, 2018 to January, 2019
Results: Five theme clusters were extracted thatdescribed nurses’ patient experiences for comprehensive nursing care service wards. They are “Expansion ofrelationship formation”, “Transition of place to provide nursing care”, “Expansion of communication”, “Maintainingprofessional boundaries” and “Realization of professional nursing”.
Conclusion: The results of this study providea deep understanding and insight in to the nature for nurses on comprehensive nursing care service wards andpatients' relationships. It is thought that active development of strategies to support positive relationships will enhancethe quality of the comprehensive nursing care service wards and help improve patient care outcomes.
